Gun violence is a major issue not constrained to Liverpool, yet with such events occurring within days of each other and claiming the lives of young adults and children, this has led many to believe that it is time to re-evaluate the role of guns in society.

The 'person of interest' has been named as Frank James but the Police say that he is not a suspect and only wish to talk to him about his connections to the attack.
